It was okay until it fires started burning every year for the last three years and you electricity? is shut off for days at a time. For 4-6 months out of the year you are living with constant anxiety that a raging fire will start and you will have to evacuate and cannot go outside due to poor air quality. Plus it is super expensive to live here and because of that, tons of homeless encampments
